INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHARGING THE BATTERY
CAUTION:
The battery must be charged in dry environments.
It is recommended to fully charge the battery on first use.
• Remove the USB cap of support rod from the lighting fixture. (
1
)
• Insert the power supply (5V-2A USB characteristics - not supplied) into the power socket.
Information for the EU market: “The Class III appliance must be powered by a SELV source or equivalent”
(e.g. complaint with 62368-1 – type ES1). .
• Connect the terminal with the USB-micro plug in the appropriate socket (pay attention to the
direction) placed in the base of the lighting fixture (
5
) and make sure that during charging, the
product is firmly resting on a surface to prevent it from falling.
• A blue LED, positioned near the USB socket, lights up during charging and turns off when charging
is completed. The battery recharges in about 9 hours, obtaining an optimal charge level. If during
charging the blue LED flashes, it means there are problems:
− The internal and/or external temperature drops below 0°C or rises above 45°C, charging
automatically stops and this is highlighted by the flashing of the blue LED. Once the atmospheric
conditions have been restored, the blue LED lights up steadily again;
− A fully charged battery lasts approximately 8 hours. If the lamp is on and connected to the
battery charger, the indicated charging times are not guaranteed.
• When the red LED, positioned near the USB socket, lights up, it means that the battery has dropped
to 10%, it is recommended to connect it to the feeder. Moreover, to save battery life, do not leave it
connected to the feeder when the blue LED is off.
• The lamp turns on and off with a simple touch. (
3
)
• By holding down, you get the dimming effect, which increases or decreases the light’s intensity. (
