The unit is designed to be installed outdoors. In the event of storage, comply with the following requirements:
The R32 is a flammable refrigerant gas with a low combustion speed.
The models EH1218DC, EH1618DC, EH1718D3 contain a quantity of refrigerant such that, in case of loss, to guarantee
that the concentration of gas in a room does not become dangerous, the following limits must be respected:
- for EH1218DC units located near the floor, the minimum area of the room is 42 m
2
;
- for wall-mounted EH1218DC units, the minimum area of the room is 6 m2 (height from the ground equal to 1.8 m);
- for units EH1618DC (or EH1718D3) placed near the floor, the minimum surface of the room is 67 m
2
;
- for wall-mounted units EH1618DC (or EH1718D3) the minimum surface of the room is 7 m2 (height from the ground equal to 1.8 m);
In addition, make sure that the calculated value below is lower than or equal to the toxicity limit to ensure that in case of loss the concentration of gas in the room
does not become dangerous (for R32 the limit concentration is equal to 0.3 kg / m
