Ask to authorities where these centers are located in order to delivery all the different material a well recycling.
The system is potentially dangerous for human and animal health and the environment, also if any dangerous substance is contained (as
2011/65/UE (RoHS) Directive) is abandoned could create a serious pollution risk.
