Tank height
The Tank Height is the distance from the Upper Reference Point to the bottom of the tank
(Zero Reference Point). The transmitter measures the distance to the product surface and
subtracts this value from the Tank Height to determine the level.
Make sure the Tank Height is as accurate as possible, since a Tank Height error results in a
corresponding level value offset error.
When setting the Tank Height, keep in mind that this value is used for all level
measurements performed by transmitter. The Tank Height must be set in linear (level)
units, such as feet or meters, regardless of primary variable assignment.
Mounting type
Enter the type of mounting for the device. This configuration optimizes the device for the
respective mounting type.
