Put the casing on the outlet opening of the appliance. Let 5 cm free on the end of the casing and tie it up
or skewer it.

Plug in and turn the “I / O / II” switch to "I" position. Feed the meat into the hopper plate and the
appliance starts to make sausage.
MAKING KIBBE
Use the attachments for making kibbe and install like below.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Always unplug the appliance when not in use, or before you removing parts and before cleaning.

Make sure that the motor has stopped completely. Then, disassemble the appliance.
3.
Wash all parts except motor unit in warm soapy water, using care when handling the sharp blades. Rinse
these parts thoroughly and then dry.
4.
Never use dishwasher to clean any part of this appliance.

Wipe motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh, abrasive cleaners.

Cutting blade and cutting plates should be coated with cooking oil after washing to keep them lubricated
and rust free. .

During extended grinding, fats from meats can build up inside the grinder tube slowing down grinding
deficiency and straining the motor. If this happens, you should stop the grinder, wash parts in warm water
and reassemble. If possible, alternate bread with the meat, this helps keep the feed screw clean.
