Operation:
1.
Cut all foods into pieces or strips (Sinewless, boneless meat is recommended), so that they fit easily into
the hopper opening.
2.
Before plug in, make sure the grinder has been assembled properly, and “I / O/ II” switch is in the “O”
position.
3.
Place a wide, shallow bowl or plate beneath the grinder head to catch the food.
4.
Plug in and turn the “I / O / II” switch to "I" position. The grinder starts to work.
5.
Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use only the food pusher.
6.
After use, switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.
Note:
1.
The grinder must always be turned on before adding food.
2.
Preferably operate the appliance under room temperature (23-25
℃
), please insert a break of
approximately 30 minutes after each continuous operation of 10 minutes. Working time should be
reduced accordingly when the temperature is high.
3.
Raw meat of fish should be thoroughly chilled (not frozen) before grinding to reduce the loss of juices.
REVERSE FUNCTION
1.
In case of jamming, switch the appliance off first.
2.
When the appliance stops working, turn the “I / O / II” switch to "II" position, then press and hold the
“Reverse” button.
3.
The feed screw will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head will get empty.
4.
If it doesn't work, switch the unit off, unplug and clean it.
MAKING SAUSAGE
1.
First, mince the meat. Then, mix all ingredients, like oil, salt, pepper, hard liquor, etc., according to your
favor.
2.
Let the casing for filling macerate in warm water to improve its elasticity.
3.
Disassemble the appliance to remove the cutting plate and cutting blade. Use the attachments for making
sausage and install like below.
