Right-click EMC Disk Libraries and select Discover.
Enter the IP address and the subnet mask of the required DL server. The Disk
Library Console locates your DL server, and adds an entry for the DL server
under EMC Disk Libraries.
When you connect for the first time to the DL server from the Disk Library
Console (right-click the DL server and select Connect), background verify
operations will begin on all the Disk Library LUNs.
For background verify to run, the storage system must be available on the
DL server network.
The background verify operations may take couple of hours to complete. Until the
background verify operations have completed, the DL should not be used for performance
testing.
