BEFORE USE
FOLLOW THE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS BELOW WHEN USING ELECTRICAL
APPLIANCES.
• Do not immerse the power cord, plug or base of the
blender in water or any other liquid (risk of electric
shock).
• Make sure the power cord does not hang over the
edge of a table or worktop, or come into contact with
hot surfaces.
• Never leave the unit unattended when it is in use.
• Avoid touching moving parts. Never put your hands
or utensils in the sport bottle while you are blending
(you could be seriously injured or destroy the blend-
er).
• The blade is extremely sharp. Handle it with care!
• Never fit the blade unit to the motor unit unless the
sport bottle is correctly fitted (risk of personal injury).
• Never run the blender continuously for more than 1
minute, then wait 2 minutes before restarting.
• Do not try to disable the unit’s safety interlock sys-
tem.
• Do not mix hot liquids in the blender.
• Do not use the unit if the power cord or plug are
damaged, if the unit has been dropped or if it has
been damaged or does not work correctly. Take the
unit to the nearest service centre to be checked, re-
paired or for electrical/mechanical adjustment.
• This unit is solely intended for domestic use indoors
– it is not intended for commercial use.
• Disconnect the blender from the wall socket when it
