Dispose of packaging materials in accordance with local regulations.
Old units still have a certain residual value. Correct and
environment-friendly disposal ensures that valuable raw materials
can be recycled and used again.
The refrigerant used in the unit’s refrigeration circuit requires special
handling as also the insulation materials. Before disposal, ensure
that none of the pipes on the rear of the unit are damaged. Your
local authority can supply current information on the options for
disposing of worn-out units and packaging materials.
