This page contains the setting possibilities for:
1. Switching on and off of the acknowledge tone for key operation.
2. Setting of the time display format (12 or 24 hour time display).
3. Contrast setting for display.
4. Complete initialisation of the weather station. All current and stored data is
deleted and the station is re-initialised. On operation the security query ap-
pears. At this point you can set the language that will appear on the display
after initialisation. If “English” is selected the temperature display is automati-
cally shown as ˚F and the time as the 12 hour format.
5. Manual activation of DCF-77 reception.
When operated (key field has dark background) the DCF-77 receiver starts to
receive the time signal (red LED on the receiver flashes). According to the re-
ception conditions this procedure can last 6 minutes. During this period recep-
tion by the weather sensor as well as operation via radio remote control is not
possible. On successful DCF synchronisation with the integrated time, the let-
ters “DCF” appear next to the time in the time field of the main display window.
Every night at 03:00 the clock is automatically synchronised with the time sig-
nal transmitter.
