3.2
OPENING/CLOSING THE DOOR AND LOADING/EMPTYING THE
DEVICE
NOTE
Before starting work, familiarise yourself with section 2 "Safety" and the
special notes and warnings.
Only use the stipulated sizes of containers and trays.
Make sure that the racks engage securely and that the containers and trays
rest securely in place.
Always position the container or tray in a horizontal position (supported at
the same height on the left and right).
Adhere to the maximum load.
If containers are filled with liquid or liquefied baking product during baking,
only insert levels must be used which allow the operator to view the inserted
containers (recommended maximum insert height approximately 1.60 m
from the access level).
Always remove these containers in a horizontal position and, wherever
possible, only move them with a cover attached.
3.2.1
WORKING SEQUENCE
Push the tray or container into the desired insert level. Wherever possible,
start at the bottom.
Close the baking chamber door by pushing it gently. The baking program
starts automatically with the first baking step.
The door can be opened at any time during the baking process, to load new
goods as necessary, by selecting <Open door>.
The baking program is paused.

After inserting the goods, close the door.

The program continues from the same point.

At the end of the program a signal sounds, the door opens automatically (in
accordance with the setting in the service menu).
The baking program end signal sound and the time delay for the opening of
the door can be set in the service menu (default setting = 3 seconds).
Remove the tray or container.
