Information for angle sensors

The description of the CAN protocol can be found
in a separate document (please see elobau web-
site download area).

Maintenance
If used correctly, the angle sensor is mainte-
nance-free.
Under extreme usage conditions, please check
the angle sensor as part of regular inspections:

Check visually and check operation.
f
Check that it is securely seated.
f
Check the connection leads for damage.

Danger due to incorrect cleaning!
Risk of property damage.

Do not use any aggressive clean-
ers.
f
Do not use any hard or pointed
objects for cleaning.
Identify replacement parts using the product
specification/drawing/datasheet and contact
elobau.

Removal/disposal
9.1 Removal
f
Ensure a voltage-free state and check this.
f
Pull out the power plug.
f
Undo screws and demount the angle sensor.
9.2 Disposal
Dispose of packaging and used parts
according to the relevant national
regulations.
Do not dispose of the angle sensor
in domestic waste; e.g. dispose of
in the collection centre of a waste
management utility.
