3 oranges
2 lemons
1 kg preserving sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
a little cinnamon

Extract the juice from ca. 12-14 apples without
sugar.

Mix with the juice of 3 oranges and 2 lemons, mix
1 litre with 1 kg preserving sugar, a little cinnamon
and
2 packets of vanilla sugar.

Allow to boil vigorously for 4 minutes and pour into
screw jars, seal immediately.

½ litre each sloe juice
and apple juice
1 kg preserving sugar

Extract the juice from the fruit without sugar.

Mix ½ litre sloe juice and ½ litre apple juice with
1 kg preserving sugar, bring to the boil.

Allow to boil vigorously for 4 minutes, pour into
warm screw jars, seal immediately.

¾ litre sour cherry juice
1 kg preserving sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

Stir the cold sour cherry juice with preserving sugar,
bring to the boil.

Allow to boil vigorously for 4 minutes.

Finally boil up the lemon juice briefly and pour into
warm screw jars, seal immediately.
SouR chERRy jElly
1 litre quince juice
400 g white sugar candy
1 litre vodka
20 g bitter almonds
20 g coriander

Extract the juice from quinces without sugar.

Mix 1 litre with sugar, heat, bring to the boil and
then cool.

Pour into bottles, add vodka and spices, allow to
infuse for 2 months.

Then filter, pour into bottles and seal.
