THERMOSENSOR – THERMOFUSE - THERMOREGULATOR

ISMANTLING
1.
Dismantle the upper handle cover;
see page 4;5.
2.
Dismantle the heating shoe; see
page 7.
3.
To remove the heating shoe cover,
unscrew the screw (A).
4.
Remove the cover by lifting the
backside first and push it towards
you. This will disengage the 2
fingers located under the cover.
5.
Disconnect the earth wire (A) from
inside the heating shoe cover.
6.
Unscrew the six nuts (B).
7.
Remove the reflector (C).

V
OLTS
1. Disconnect the two wires (B).
2. Unscrew the nut (A).
3. Check and change the thermo-fuse
(C).
Reassembling
4. Reassembling in reverse order.
5. Adjust and check the press by
heating before delivering.
120 Volts
1.
Disconnect the two wires (A).
2.
Check the combined thermo-
regulator/thermo-fuse (B/C).
3.
Unscrew the nut (D) and change the
combined thermo-regulator/thermo-fuse.
Reassembling
4.
Reassemble in reverse order.
5.
Adjust and check the press by heating
before delivering.
