10.1.2  Power supply through battery cable

Power supply can be obtained from the battery of the vehicle under test
after a proper wiring.

Clamps to connect to the battery

Proceed as follows:

1.

Connect the clamps to connector Battery Power of the tool.

2.

Connect the cable clamps to the battery terminals taking care to respect the
polarity indicated on the cables.

 

 If the battery is in the rear of the vehicle, we recommend

connecting the tool directly to the power supply points coming from
the battery, available near the area in which you are operating.
