Heating Cables
• If heating cables are meant as the primary
heating system, users will aim at achieving an
optimal level of room air temperature – then
temperature controllers are required with air
temperature measurement functionality,
i.e. a controller with an air sensor and
limiting floor sensor (this controller type will
measure air temperature, and simultaneously
its floor sensor will protect floor and cable
from overheating).
For temperature control, manual controllers
maintaining steady temperature levels can be
applied, as well as programmable controllers
with daily or weekly temperature programming
options.
