10.3 AUTO
MODE
The Auto Mode is intended to be used primarily under production line situations after
all settings have been determined in Manual Mode.
Step 1
Be sure all aspects of the Coating Machine operation are understood.
Step 2
Follow step 1 through 8 in the Station Startup Procedure.
Step 3
Select the MACHINE - SYSTEM START-UP SCREEN from the MAIN
MENU SCREEN and press the OVEN HEATERS ON screen
pushbuttons. Allow the oven to come up to the desire temperature.
Step 4
Press the following screen pushbuttons:
MACHINE SYSTEM START
IND. HEATER SUPPLY ON
IND. HTR. FAULT RESET
INDUCTION HEATER START
Step 5
Go to the MAIN MENU SCREEN and select the MACHINE - AUTO
START/STOP & STATUS SCREEN.
Step 6
Press the AUTO RUN START screen pushbutton to start the machine.
NOTE:
If a problem occurs, a warning message will appear on the PanelView
Screen and the buzzer will be turned on along with the lights of the
Beacon Station. To correct any faults, it is not always necessary to
shut the equipment down. But if it seems to be required, follow the
STATION SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE (Section 12 in this manual)
and correct the problem.
