Connect the electrode in the middle of the forehead (

Roll and slightly crush the golden electrodes between your fingers, then insert it in the tested ear canals (
Red
tube
for the
Right
ear,
Blue
tube for the
Left
ear). If possible, after insertion of the golden electrode, apply a drop of saline
solution into the ear canal (this can improve the electrical conduction).

Be careful not to use too much physiological serum to avoid filling the patient’s ear canal.
The patient must be placed in comfortable way to avoid any excessive muscle tension.
