6.5.1
Description of the measurement window
For more details about presentation and analysis of the measurement, refer to subsection

1.
Select the power of stimulation (84 dB by default).
2.
Select number of stimuli per second (50 by default in normal mode, 80 in
«Screening»
mode).
3.
Total number of stimulus (1000 by default). This setting cannot be modified in
«Screening»
mode.
4.
Rejection level in dB (40 dB by default). If the measurement generates too much rejection, this value needs to be
increased.
5.
Select the “
Screening mode
” mode. This screening mode is more adapted for newborns. With this mode, the
measurement automatically stops when the validations conditions are reached. On the contrary, after reaching the
maximum test duration, the device stops the measurement and indicates that the test is not conclusive.

Show a reminder picture for the connection of the device and the patient (as shown in

7.
Select the ear side.

Display both ear side in the same window.
9.
Start or stop measurement.
10.
Save the measure or create a new one.

Information on measurement progress (number of acquisitions, acquisition speed, number of rejected acquisitions,
quality of the stimulation).

Information about the selected validation protocol. For the "
Screening
" mode, in addition to the protocol used, a
pictogram is displayed representing the validation or not of the measurement. The validation conditions, as well as
the maximum duration of the test, can be modified in the advanced settings of the
TEOAE
