3.6.1 The Cashiers name programming
Up to 10 characters for cashier names and function texts can be used. Use the hexadecimal and alphabetical
character table. Use the same procedure used for programming of the receipt logo.
Set the cash register to P mode by pressing button 4 and button Mode and press the
button. The Cashier
number and the information on the name programming in the first line and the programmed Cashiers name
in the second line appear in the display. After entering the hexadecimal codes press the
button .
Finish text programming by pressing the
button. If you make a mistake, correct the previous
characters by key
(CLEAR).
3.6.2 The Cashiers password programming
The Cashiers password programming allows the storing of each cashiers password in the cash register
memory. The Cashier is registered by a password that allows him to use particular functions of the cash
machine. After cashier log-in (see chapter cashier log-in) the name of the cashier will be printed on the
receipt and all transactions will be registered under his name.
The number of the cashier in the first line and the programmed password in the second line is in the display
after name programming. Press
key after a new password is entered.

The Cash register is ready to set up the authorization of each cashier. If you make a mistake, you can
correct invalid digits by the button

3.6.3 Cashier authorization programming
The cashier authorization programming allows you to set up access to the register modes for each cashier.
The cashiers number in the first line and the programmed accessibility in the second line will appear on the
display after the cashiers password programming is completed and the button
is pressed. Enter
the access code and press the key
. Afterwards the Cash register is ready to program the next
Cashiers name. If you make a mistake, you can correct invalid digits with button
(Clear)
. The cashier
programming is completed by pressing the button
anytime.
