2.2.1 E-2500N microcontroller
The Euro-2500TX ECR uses 16-bit microcontroller E-2500N.
The microcontroller secures all of the ECR functions. Its properties are:
• 2 kB RAM on-chip
• 11 I/O ports
• programme memory addressing capacity max. 16 MB
• data memory addressing capacity max. 16 MB
• five 16-bit readers/timers
• seven external interrupts
• 10-bit AD converter, eight channels
• 8-bit DA converter, two channels
• watch-dog timer
• clock frequency up to 18 MHz
• on-chip oscillator and timer circuits
• QFP 100 case
