Description of operation
Parallel to its control unit and fuel safety
functions, the MPA control unit also
provides power modulation for the
burner by controlling the air flap via an
electronic connection.
During commissioning, the setting
points are set by the values measured in
combustion analysis.
In this way, optimum combustion is
ensured over the entire burner power
curve.
A separate burner ignition load can be
defined using the P0 setting point.
The limit values of the regulation range
are set using the setting points “P1" and
”P9". In addition, other optional functions
can be activated such as, for example,
postventilation or waiting time.
The control unit is controlled by a
display.
