2.3.9 Data Indirect Addressing with Displacement
Operand address is the result of the register contents added to the address
contained in 5 bits of the instruction word. For example, R1 = [R3 -#10]; R3 is
the only register that can be the base register.
Example:
R1 = [R3 – #10]
