The rating plate next to the carrying handle serves to uniquely identify your genset and
informs you about the following features:
Information
Brief description
Manufacturer
Indicates name, address, trademark and authorised
representative of the manufacturer.
Machine
Indicates the name of the device class the genset is assigned to.
Type / Item number
Indicates the product name for technical identification of the
genset.
Serial number
Indicates the sequential number for clear identification of your
genset.
Engine number
Indicates the sequential number for clear identification of the
engine of your genset.
Construction year
Indicates the year in which the production of your genset was
completed.
Important technical data:
Rated voltage [V]
Indicates the rated voltage in volts.
Rated frequency [Hz]
Indicates the rated frequency in hertz.
Rated speed [1/min]
Indicates the rated speed in revolutions per minute.
Rated current [A]
Indicates the current that can be generated in amperes.
Rated power factor
Indicates the rated power factor cos φ in percent.
Rated power [kVA]
Indicates the power class in kilovolt amperes (according to ISO
8528-1:2005).
ISO class
Indicates the insulation class according to DIN EN 60085.
Protection type
Indicates the scope of protection against the ingress of dust and
water in accordance with DIN EN 60529 for the entire unit.
Sound power level L

[dB(A)] Indicates the value of the guaranteed
sound power level
(according to directive 2000/14/EC) in decibels.
Mass [kg]
Indicates the total weight of the genset in kilograms (as-delivered
state).
