Creating Audio Clips with Workspace
The Insert Audio Note tool allows you to record your voice (if you have a microphone on your
computer). It’s a great tool to make your own tutorials for students.

Go to the
toolbox
and select the
Insert Audio Note
tool. The Insert
Audio Note window appears.
6.
Click on the
Start
button to start recording.
7.
Talk about the slide in which the audio note will be inserted. If you wish to pause the
recording, click
Pause
. Click
Done
when you are finished.
8.
Save
your file.
