5 Attaching on basic machine
NOTICE
It is assumed that you have read and understood the chapters ”First things first” and ”Safe
operation”.
5.1 Fastening the discharge shute
If the discharge chute is delivered separately for reasons of transport, place it onto the
discharge connection piece and fasten it using the material provided for mounting.

5.2 Coupling and uncoupling the snow blower
Attaching
•
Open the attachment unit lock on the basic machine.
•
Approach the basic machine to the snow blower until the coupling triangles interlock.
•
Lift the coupling triangle by means of the joystick (chapter 6.2) until the snow blower
no longer touches the ground.
•
Switch off the motor.
•
Close the attachment unit lock (chapter 6.1).
Detaching
•
Takes place in reverse order to coupling

After attaching the snow blower, check whether the attachment unit locking bolt is
engaged and the snow blower is connected to the basic machine.

The machine can suddenly trap the user or third persons, cause them to fall over, run them
over, crush or lacerate them.
•
Coupling and uncoupling the snow blower may only be done when the engine is turned off.
