Warning!
Before any ma nipulation of the

Important!
After 5 ope rating h ours, th e be aring
points of the blade should be oiled!
To avoid friction and corrosion damage or premature
wear, regular maintenance and servicing are
essential.
We recommend oiling the blade after each cleaning
and after 5 hours in operation at the bearing points
(figure 26) and at the blade guide surfaces of the
blade guard (figure 27). Use our oil which is suitable
for contact with food (order No. 001 365 612) or
vaseline oil.

If no oiler is inserted between the compressor and
the dehider knife, a few splashes of oil (order No.
001 365 612) must be applied to the air hose for
daily use.
Cleaning and disinfecting

Do not immerse the machine in water
but rinse under running water.

Daily cleaning and disinfecting
We recommend brief cleaning of the dehider knife
with hot water after every use and the application of a
few drops of oil to the blade bearing points.
1. Remove coarse dirt from the machine with a brush
and warm water (approx. 45-55°C); if necessary,
soften stubborn or encrusted dirt.
2. Add the cleaning agent to warm water. Distribute
the foam on the surfaces to be cleaned and allow
the cleaning agent to work for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Rinse off detached dirt with the machine turned on
under warm running water.
4. Disinfect the machine. Always perform disinfecting
work separately from cleaning. Do not allow
disinfecting agents to come into contact with food.
5. Rinse the complete machine down with clean
warm water.
6. Allow the machine to run dry and oil the blade
bearing points.
