BOLT SENSOR - SHORT

SHORT HUB SENSOR Mount:
Locate the X-90° TAB bracket

Mount the Speed Sensor 10mm
BOLT with two jam nuts onto the
bracket, move the speed sensor so
very little protrudes as shown.
Mount the bracket to the REAR
WARD bolt on the steering knuckle.
Shown is a LIFTED cart with spacer
block, but stock OEM will install onto
the same rear bolt. Re-tighten the
bolt to OEM Specifications.
Adjust BOTH 6mm Magnet and
10mm Speed Sensor for 1/4”
(6 to 7mm) gap (the width of cable
tie sideways).
SLOWLY rotate the hub and
check for any interference that
could damage the 6mm mag-
net or Sensor with
at least 1/4”
(6 to 7mm) space between ANY
object.
Gap assumes the carts bearings
are in good working order.
