SPEED Sensor BOLT Installation
BOLT SENSOR - LIFTED CLUB
CAR or JAKE’S LIFT KIT / HUB
AXLE Mount:
The Club Car with 6 inch spindle lift,
or most Jakes Lift kits with angles
spindle axles require the 30’ Degree
bracket (supplied).
Mount the Speed Sensor 10mm
BOLT with two jam nuts onto the
bracket, move the speed sensor so
very little protrudes.
Mount the bracket to the steering
knuckle with a cable clamp. Shown
is a LIFTED Club Car cart with an-
gled axle knuckle. (Most Jake’s kits
are angled in similar manner). The
10mm Sensor will be angled slightly.
This is normal.
Adjust BOTH 6mm Magnet and
10MM Speed Sensor until 1/4”
(6 to 7mm) space (the width of cable
tie).
SLOWLY rotate the wheel
hub and check for any inter-
ference that could damage
the 6mm magnet.
MUST be at least 1/4”
(6 to 7mm) space between
ANY object.
This assumes the carts
bearings are in good
working order.
