12-8) Message “Sb-1” (Stage-1) PIC-7 is the lowest
articulated position, next we will have “Sb-2” (Stage -2)
PIC-8, put it up one more position, and then “Sb-3” (Stage
-3) PIC-9, put it up once more“Sb-4” (Stage -4) PIC-10
and finally “Abre” (“open”) (Final stage). At this point the temperature goes down
naturally until it reaches T1=620 again, in which it will be kept, waiting for further
instructions.

Auxiliary functions
13-1) Quick cooling.
In some occasions it is necessary to low down the T2 temperature quickly returning
to T1, making the time between burns shorter. To do so, proceed as follows: Open
the muffle until stage (4) letting that the forced ventilation used for chamber cooling
can circulate on the muffle opening, conducting to quickly heating exchange.
13-2) Resting position - “prot”.
After 10 minutes without any operations, the equipment gets into a resting position.
The muffle should be partially closed by the operator, and be kept that way until the
next burn process. An alarm will sound warning the operator to close the muffle.
The display will show the “Prot” message. This process helps saving energy and
avoids the unnecessary ambient heating. If you do not want to enable this function,
just keep the muffle closed for disabling it.
13-3) Totalizador de horas de processo.
The furnace is equipped with a device that sums up the burn hours. From the
moment the S/S key is activated, the hours used information is saved in an inner
clock. This device is important to control the muffle useful life as well as the
replacement parts. It also helps controlling energy waste etc.
13-4) Accessing the total usage time:
Activate on the parameters adjustment keyboard (09) the keys for thousands,
hundreds and decimal following this sequence and then the Tempo de Vácuo
(Vacuum time) key (14), the value shown on the display is the hours total which is
saved in the equipment memory. To exit this function, activate the Salvar (save)
key.Before being shipped, your equipment is exhaustively tested; thus, values
ranging from 1 to 10 working hours are common in new products.
