Next, place the muffle articulated drying device on stage 4 Pic-10.
With everything ready we can start the burn by activating the S/S
(Start / Stop) key.

The muffle articulated system for drying the piece entry and exit has 4
stopping stages (rest) that should be manually moved by the operator. An
adjustable inner clock will help you signal the time intermissions between the

In our example the piece will be drying for 5 minutes while
it keeps the temperature at T1=620ºC. The display will
show a message every time the alarm sounds, warning
the operator who should take the muffle articulated to the
next stage.

The message “dE-4” (Stage-4) PIC-10 is the higher
articulated position, next we will have “dE-3” (Stage-3)
PIC-9, put it down to a lower position and then “dE-2”
(Stage-2) PIC-8, put it down once more “dE-1” (Stage-1)
PIC-7 and finally “FECH” (Burn start stage) PIC-6. At this moment, the operator
should press down the muffle puller to promote the chamber sealing and then start
with the vacuum suction.

At this point, the furnace comes from Baseline T1 to
ramp T2 with heating speed at 55ºC/min until it reaches
T2=900ºC, in which it should be kept on burning for 1 min
PAT-2=(01.00) with vaccum for 30 sec. VAC-2=(00.30).

At the end of the vacuum time, the pump will be off
and the display will show a message while it waits for the
AIR return to the chamber. Next the piece exit time will
start counting and it will be signalized by an alarm and a
message.
