An account record in the viewing mode includes information on
aggregate deposits and withdrawals, and on the adjusted new
balance.

Note:
If the account details are changed, a
New
balance
is
calculated, and the
Deposit
and
Withdrawal
values are reset.
Use:

to open a new record template
•
to open the displayed account for editing
•
to record a
Deposit
or
Withdrawal
for the current account
•
to delete the displayed record
•

t
to go respectively to the next or previous
record in alphabetical order.
Managing Transactions
Posting a Transaction
•
Highlight in the list or open for viewing the account record you
want to post a transaction to.
•
Touch
and select
Deposit
or
Withdrawal
from the pop-up
menu.
The current date and time are the defaults for a new transaction
record.
•
If you want to change the date or time, touch the corresponding
line to display a setup dialog box, and change the values.
