INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
ECTACO, Inc. (Ectaco) guarantees to the end user that this product will be
free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from
the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by the sales receipt. If any
defect occurs, the user must return the ECTACO Partner
®
X8 either to the
dealer or directly to one of the Ectaco service centers at the addresses listed
below. Ectaco will, at its option, repair or replace this ECTACO Partner
®
X8
at no charge.
This warranty does not apply if any other party has damaged the product by
accident, abuse, and misuse, or as a result of service.
Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an “as is”
basis, without any other warranties or conditions, expressed or implied,
including but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality,
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law,
statute, usage of trade, or course of dealing. Neither Ectaco nor its dealers
or suppliers shall have any liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of
revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic
loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or
