Key1+Key2 here and further on signifies the combination of keys to use –
first press and release Key1, then press and release Key2.

Use the ALT key to enter the lowercase Polish or German letters. To obtain
the uppercase images of the letters, press SHIFT or CAPS LOCK on the
keyboard first.
