Ash box.
In the models Hidrocopper the ash box is situated in the pedestal, behind the lower front door, see
drawing
21.
In the insert Hidrocopper model you can access to the ash box by opening the glass door of the fireplace.
To access to the ash box of the Super Insert boiler, it is necessary to remove the burn pot and the security
grill of the fireplace, see
drawing 22.

IMPORTANT: If the boiler is operating while full of ash or residues, that might stretch the basket and its
support, the ashtray basket and even the fire basket, being the cause of bad operation or possible breakdown.
MAINTENANCE AT END OF SEASON .
This is necessary to ensure correct operation and maintain the boiler’s life duration. When winter ends,
contact your provider (if he did not contact you) and meet to carry out this maintenance; the following shall be done
(the boiler must always be disconnected from power):

Cleaning the fireplace.
In addition to daily cleaning carried out with great attention, the following items must be cleaned:
Heat exchanger pipes. By activating the drawers of the rake. In case of having a Super Insert boiler, we do
not have to perform this operation.
Burn pot.
Basket support.
Ash box.
Screws of Mobile parts.
Air entrance pipe.
