(4) Inspection of LED using coin battery
CR2032, ECR2032, DL2032 or SB-T51
NOTE:
Be sure to use coin battery CR2032,
ECR2032, DL2032 or SB-T51, otherwise LED
can be damaged due to overcurrent (150 mA or
more) through it.
Connect positive (+) lead of coin battery (E) to
terminal “3” on power switch. Connect nega-
tive (-) lead of coin battery (E) to terminal “6” on
power switch.
Power indicator LED (D) should light up.
NOTE:
If power indicator LED (D) does not light
up, connect two coin batteries in series and
inspect again. In this case, be careful not to
connect the terminals to the battery in reverse.
If a voltage of 5 volts or more is applied to the
LED in the opposite direction, the LED will be
damaged.
