Place the S1 cutter sieve board and the S2 sausage attachment on it on the M4 screw conveyor. Tighten lock M5
to M3.
Note:
Do not tighten the lock nut too hard. Attach the assembled machine to the multifunction head.
Proceed in the same way as described in the "Meat grinder" section.

Attach the M2 meat bowl to the M3 funnel.

Soak the sausage casing in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then thread the moist casing onto the S2
sausage filling attachment and close it with a knot.

Connect the mixer to the mains and set the speed to 3-6

Prepare a mixture of minced meat and spices on a M2 bowl. With the M1 tamper, gently push it into the
funnel of the machine and at the same time hold the filled casing at the outlet opening.

If the casing sticks to the attachment, moisten it with water. Recommendation: It is good to allow the
sausages to dry for a while.
