This is followed by a list of faults, starting with the first. For example:

to return to the Installer menu (for example, to rectify an issue that is
causing the fault).
Or:

to display the next fault not yet displayed. You can also press

Resetting (Defaulting) the System
Restoring Control Unit Factory Defaults
You can remove all configuration from the control unit using
System Options
– Restore
Defaults
– Factory Defaults
(see page 51).
Resetting a keypad's address
You can clear the address stored in a keypad's non-volatile memory by pressing the D and
keys together while the front cover is open.
Resetting Access Codes
You can use the Reset Codes link on the control unit's PCB to delete the installer and all
user codes. You will be prompted to specify new codes for the installer and master user.
Resetting the codes also removes the assignment of all proximity tags to users.
You may want to use this feature in the event that the installer code has been forgotten.
Once you are in the Installer menu, you can use
System Options, Restore Defaults,
Staged Defaults
to reset user codes (see page 50).
Note:
You can disable the Reset Codes link by disabling
System Options, Hardware,
Reset Codes Pins
(see page 59).
To reset the codes:
1.
If you know the installer code, enter it to prevent a tamper alarm when you remove
the lid of the control unit.
2.
Remove mains power to the control unit.
