6-1-3 Logical states definition :
Input :
The high logical state is defined by a DC or AC voltage presence between the Umin and the
Umax values .
The low logical state is defined by no voltage .
Output :
The high logical state is defined by a closed contact .
The low logical state is defined by an opened contact .
