9. Troubleshooting
This section contains information and procedures for solving problems that may occur with the xChargeIn
Mobility charging station.
If the problem persists, contact your Eaton technical support representative.

The charging station does not
start
•
Check the power supply on the electrical panel or the RCD, switch off and reset the circuit breaker to restart it.
•
Check the circuit breaker inside the charging station.
A red logo is displayed on the
socket indication panel

The car does not charge

Check the condition of the Type 1 or Type 2 cable.

10. Technical data
10.1 Rating plate
To locate the rating plate on the equipment, refer to the figure below.
The technical specifications shown in this manual do not replace those that appear on the rating plate
attached to the equipment.
Check the warnings or error messages and act as indicated in the table.
The labels attached to the equipment must NEVER be removed, damaged, soiled or hidden for any reason.
The information displayed on the rating plate:
1. Manufacturer
2. Model
3. Ratings
4. Certification marks
5. Warnings
6. Serial number
The labels must NOT be hidden with foreign objects (rags, boxes, equipment, etc.); they must be
periodically cleaned and always kept clearly visible.
