Step 2 - Access fan controller
The fan controller is located on the left hand side of the cabinet, either on its own or
within an enclosure.
1. Wiring
terminals.
2. Mounting
screws.
3. Run LED.
4. Alarm LED.
Step 3 - Remove fan controller
Undo the mounting screws and pull out the controller and wiring.
Step 4 - Replace fan controller

Label then disconnect all wires.

Connect all wires to the new fan controller.

Fit the new controller into the cabinet.
Step 5 - Switch on supply

Switch on the AC power to the cabinet.

Check all fans are operating:
The fans will operate at low speed when the ambient air temperature is 20°C or
below.
Fan speed will increase up to maximum speed as the ambient air temperature
rises above 20°C.

Replacing a cooling fan (Heat exchanger cooled cabinet)
The cabinet has two cooling fans located in the heat exchanger door.
Step 1 - Switch off AC supply
Turn off or unplug the AC supply to the cabinet.
