Mount equipment
Follow equipment instructions when mounting additional equipment in the ExoCab34.
The ExoCab34 includes standard 19 inch mounting rails.
The ExoCab34 is usually supplied with a UPS or DC power supply pre-mounted.
Refer to section 3.7 for mounting dimensions.
Refer to section 3.8 for restrictions on mounting position for the various cabinet variants.

Power up cabinet
7.1
Pre-start up checklist
Complete the checklist to confirm initial work is complete before progressing further.
All cabling is installed, securely tied and correctly insulated
The ac supply has been connected.
Earth connections have been made and tested.
All panels are in place.
The cabinet interior is clean and all work debris has been removed.
7.2
Apply AC Power
A registered electrician (or suitably qualified person) must check the integrity of
the installed cabling, BEFORE the power system is powered up.

Switch on the ac supply to the cabinet.

Check the equipment starts up and runs correctly. Refer to the equipment handbook for further details.

Filters
when fitted: to be cleaned in a suitable timeframe for the operating conditions.

Cleaning
: Removing graffiti from the cabinet; use ‘AAA’ thinners, the cabinet is painted with anti-graffiti
paint.

Air conditioner
: It is recommended to service annually, if cabinet is in a particularly harsh environment
additional maintenance may be required.
