Renewal Parts List
The renewal parts are listed by an abbreviated
Easy-Start ES model number, showing the
current and voltage rating. The parts listed apply
to both open panel and enclosed models.
Example:
ES180-4N
The parts listed are for all standard
ES180-4N models, open-panel or
enclosed.
The complete part number of the renewal part
requires the prefix shown at the top of each
column. Please observe whether a hyphen is
used or omitted.

Logic Board
For model ES560-4N is

The number of parts required per model are as
follows:
Logic Board:
One required.
SCRÕs:
Six required for non-
isolated heat sink
models.
Three required for
isolated heat sink
models.
Stack Assembly:
Three required.
Current Transformers:
(Three required, 180
amp and above.) (One
required below 180A.)
DV/DT Snubber:
Three required.
MOV's:
Three required except
on models rated 750
amps and above; (six
required).
Fan CPT:
One required.
Here is a recommended spare parts list for a
typical Easy-Start ES installation:
One Logic Board.
One Stack Assembly, or Two SCRÕs.
One set of MOVÕs.
On multiple Easy-Start ES installations, it is
recommended that several parts of each are to
be kept on hand, and the exact quantity to be
determined by the user.
If no part number appears under the SCR
column, then the SCR is not sold separately, and
the stack assembly must be purchased.
The date code of your Easy-Start ES is on the
name plate.
The date code of the logic board is on the logic
board.
