ECA Clutch
Install Electronic Clutch Actuator (ECA)

I ns tall the ECA i n to the cl u tch ho us i n g bo r e
a n d alig n it with the lowe r c r o ss - s haft.
Note: The ECA will have to be r otated to alig n
with the s lot i n the cl u tch ho us i n g.

I ns tall the 4 cap s c r ew s fo r
the ECA b r acket a n d tighte n
to 35 - 45 lb-ft (47 - 61 Nm).

Apply Eato n l u b r ica n t (P/N
5564527) to the 8 a n d 3-way
co nn ecto r te r mi n al s a n d
r eco nn ect the co nn ecto rs to
the ECA.

Reco nn ect the n egative
12-volt batte r y cable.
Note: E nsur e yo u r otate the r elea s e yoke
clo s e to the ca s t dowel i n the cl u tch ho us i n g
p r io r to mati n g with the c r o ss - s haft. Thi s
allow s the r elea s e yoke to clea r the r elea s e
bea r i n g d ur i n g i ns tallatio n .

I ns tall the 4 cap s c r ew s f r om the
ECA mo un ti n g fla n ge a n d tighte n
to 35 - 45 lb-ft (47 - 61 Nm).

Apply a 1" ba n d of a n ti- s eize
to the ba rr el of the ECU.
