9.3 Starting the engine with the recoil starter
Start the engine with the recoil starter only if the
battery is defective, empty or missing.
Exhaust fumes contain toxic substances and can damage your
health, cause unconsciousness or even death.
WARNING!
Danger of poisoning by exhaust gases!

Do not inhale exhaust gases.

Avoid operation in closed or partly closed
rooms, or ensure adequate ventilation when
working in trenches.

Loss of hearing caused by too high noise bur-
dens!
