1. If disconnect tone is single-frequency, user has to configure the same frequency 

value of “Low frequency” and “High frequency”; the same level of “Low frequency” 
and “High frequency” 

2. For On/Off cadence, user must set “1023” instead of “0”, if there is only one set of
