Concentration measurement only allows max 3 wavelengths.
d) Ratio
Ratio of 2 wavelengths can be performed. Example of application
includes purity determination of DNA and/or RNA by using the difference
and ratio of the absorbance at two user-selected wavelengths. Background
can be corrected at a specific wavelength if the NUM WL is set at 3.
