RIZE CZR™ FIRES BUT BALLS ARE DROPPING OFF

• Make sure the b attery is g ood .
• Raise the d well to factory level ( 4 0 ) .
• Make sure b olt is well lub ed and moves well.
If there is too much friction in the Bolt, it will
cause the RIZE CZR

to shoot d own.
• Make sure air system is screwed in all the way.
FIRST SHOT IS TOO HIGH
• Chang e the Seat insid e the Hyp er3™ reg ulator.
For d isassemb ly instructions consult the
technical section.
• Try turning off the A BS feature by turning DIP
# 1 to the off p osition.
VELOCITY IS NOT CONSISTENT
• Make sure the p aintb alls you are using fit the
b arrel g ood and are consistent in siz e.
The stock b arrel with the RIZE CZR
™
is .688 siz e.
You should b e ab le to b low the p aintb all
throug h the b arrel b ut they should not roll
throug h the b arrel on their own.
• Remove the b olt kit and re- lub e it. Chang e any
O- ring s causing a lot of friction. Make sure
# 014 O- ring in b olt tip is in p lace and in
g ood cond ition.

correctly and that the p ressure is consistent.
A sep arate reg ulator testing tool is availab le
for this. If need ed , d isassemb le and chang e
worn out O- ring s in the Hyp er3™ reg ulator.
OTHER CATEGORIES
DOUBLE FEEDING
• If you g et two b alls firing at once chang e the
b all d etents by removing the Eye Pip e,
rep lacing the orang e d etent clip and
reinstalling the Eye Pip e.
BREAKING PAINT
• Make sure you use hig h q uality p aintb alls and
that they are stored accord ing to the
manufacturers instructions.
• Check that #14 O- ring on b olt tip is in p lace
and in g ood cond ition.
• Make sure your load er is working g ood and
that the rate of fire is not set hig her than the
maximum feed rate of the load er.
• Check that the b arrel you are using is not too
tig ht for the p aintb alls you are using .
• Check the cond ition of the b all d etents.

PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRONICS

™ WON’T TURN ON
• Make sure b attery is new and well charg ed .
• Check that b attery is making contact with the
b oard terminals insid e the RIZE CZR™
.
• Make sure there is no d irt or d eb ris b locking
the b utton from b eing p ressed .

WILL TURN ON / OFF BY ITSELF OR THE
EYES WILL TURN ON / OFF BY THEM SELVES
• Both of these p rob lems are caused b ecause
the b utton( s) are p ressed all the time.
• Remove b oard from the frame by removing the
g rip p anel on the left hand sid e, d isconnecting
the cab les and p ulling the b oard out. Carefully
remove the two b uttons and clean them well.
• Re- assemb le and test. If p rob lems p ersist,
contact authoriz ed service center for b oard
rep lacement.
EYES WILL NOT WORK, LED KEEPS
BLINKING GREEN
• F irst chang e the b attery. The eyes are normally
the first thing to stop working when a b attery
is d ying .
• Next try to clean the eyes. See p ag e 22
for d etails on how to remove the Eye Pip e and
To test if the eyes work make sure there
is nothing insid e the b reech and that the b olt is
in the b ack p osition. Turn on the RIZE CZR™, the
lig ht should b e red after the b oot up seq uence.
If it is, the eyes are working .
• Check that the eye wire is p rop erly connected
to the b oard .
• If nothing ab ove help s contact a store or DY E
Precision for eye rep lacement.
SOLENOID WILL NOT ACTIVATE / TRIGGER
NOT WORKING
• Check that the trig g er ad justment is not set so
that the micro switch cannot activate.
You should hear a small click when p ulling
the trig g er.
• If the RIZE CZR
™
fires once when turned on but not
after that your trig g er is set so that the micro
switch is always activated . Re- ad just the trig g er.
• Chang e the b attery if you are not p ositive
ab out it’s charg e.
• Check that the solenoid and cap acitor cab les
are attached to the b oard and to the rig ht
connectors ( solenoid should b e attached to
the connector that is colored b lue) .
TRIGGER BOUNCE / RIZE CZR™ SHOOTING MORE

• Raise the trig g er sensitivity level in the
config uration mod e.
• Check that the trig g er is not ad justed too short.
