7 Customer Service
Before calling or sending an e-mail to Customer Service for assistance, please take the following
steps:

Check all cable connections.
•
Try the test on another instrument, if available.
•
Perform the troubleshoot procedure.
•
Have the following information available: instrument serial numbers, hardware configuration,
and software revision.
•
Exact description of the problem, including DUT (Device Under Test), error messages and the
sequence of events before it appeared.
•
List of solutions that have been tried.

Note:
We prefer contact via e-mail. Then the case is documented and traceable. Also the
