Cleaning

Cleaning Agents

inflammable materials.
This may result in casualties or severe injuries.
Do not smoke in the working area. Do not ignite any fire and no open
flame in the working area.

When working with cleaning materials, harmful
vapors may develop.
Observe the manufacturer's notes by all means.
Only use cleaning agents approved by the paint manufacturer for the
used paints or the purging agent that is used in the painting
installation.

Danger of material damage and production
interference
Damage of the parts to be cleaned.
Do not use any ultrasonic bath to clean.
With waterbased paints, you may use alcohols like isopropanol or n-
butanol as cleaning agent. You may remove rough-dried residues of
waterbased paint with an organic solvent approved by the paint
manufacturer.
If parts cannot be cleaned directly with purging agent, a soft brush or
a bristle brush, you may immerse the parts in a cleaning bath.
